Do you check accidental and frame damage?
Yes. All 17+ structural areas are inspected and the highest marked level drives the frame factor in the final score.

Do I get photos with the report?
Yes. Standard vehicle photos plus close-up evidence of every marked damage are attached to the detailed report.
What is the difference between the Summary and Detailed report?
The Summary Report is a single page with overall and category scores plus key findings. The Detailed Report contains every checkpoint, the damage map, all photos and the officer remarks.
